What is a small group?
Small groups are a vital part of the community at Champions Centre. Each small group includes approximately 8-12 people, focused on studying principles from the Bible to equip real people for real life. Each group provides an opportunity for members to grow in their relationships with God and with each other.
Where do groups meet?
•    Homes throughout the Puget Sound region
•    Community locations (Starbucks, YMCA, etc.)
•    Champions Centre campuses in Tacoma and Bellevue
Where do I start?
We recommend that you start by attending a Firm Foundations small group. Firm Foundations offers great teaching that gives you an opportunity to learn more about the Bible and core principles of faith. It’s information relevant to new Christians and to those who have had a personal relationship with God for years.
How can I find a group?
•    Visit the Group Finder to learn more about the types of groups we offer for people of various interests and life stages.
•    Select a group type.
•    View more detailed information about each group’s meeting time and location.
•    Contact a group leader to introduce yourself and let them know you’re interested in attending their Champion Life Group.
Why do groups meet in semesters?
Our semester schedule makes it easy for people like you to experience different types of groups, start their own groups or connect to new groups at the beginning of a new semester. At the same time, we encourage CLG members to stay committed to group attendance for a six-month period:

          Fall/Winter Quarter runs October - March

          Spring/Summer Quarter runs April - September
How do I join a group?
•    Head to our Group Finder, select the group you’re interested in and contact the group’s host.
•    Complete an online form (sent directly to the office), and we'll respond to your small groups interest
